Jim has a long and illustrious record as a training consultant and is in demand by top name brands across the UK, not least being Jaguar Land Rover. He has worked across all business levels developing personal, managerial and organisational skills.
Ian combines expert training knowledge with 30 years of experience in the automobile industry, having worked in all areas of various dealerships. Utilising his ‘ground floor’ knowledge, Ian works directly with your sales team to improve and identify techniques that build trust and enhance your reputation with customers.
Joining the Drive Development team as our Management Trainer, Andrew previously worked with the Sytner Group. He now brings personal insight into the role and responsibilities faced by management in dealerships.

Elly Ambrose has 20 years automotive experience having started her automotive career as a car sales person for a franchised dealer. She is a fully accredited DISC Coach and NLP Practitioner and a fully accredited ATA Customer Service Assessor for the Institute of the Motor Industry.
A dynamic and versatile learning and development professional with over 18 years’ experience in designing and delivering world class training for leading global brands. Commercially astute, specialising in sales and customer service excellence, Ken is An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
Mike has an impressive track record, spanning over 30 years in the motor industry. Having successfully led two major automotive Academy’s, he brings all of that knowledge to bear in helping design, deliver and coach a breadth of training, and development. Mike’s specialist knowledge of the automotive world is linked to his ability to inspire leadership qualities and develop management skills in others.
Peter has been in the Automotive Industry since 1974 and has a wealth of experience in Training and Development. Peter has experience of developing and delivering product, brand and soft-skills training, working with overseas and UK teams to ensure the right messages and content are incorporated to meet both the Manufacturer and the dealers’ needs.
